Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30th, 1941) was the son Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been married to Richard Herbert Cheney for over thirty years. When Richard Bruce Cheney turned 13 He and his family relocated from Lincoln Nebraska to Casper Wyoming in the state where his father headed his position as the head of U.S. Department of Agriculture's local conservation districts.
