Angela Christine Watson [n e 12 November 1975Angela Christine Watson [born 12 November 1975] is an American actor and model who is best famous for her character Karen Foster in Step by Step. Suzanne Somers played Carol Foster Lambert, one of her daughters. Angela Watson has a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Additionally, she is an National Board Certified teacher. She has more than 11 years of teaching experience as well as nearly a decade experience as instructor coach. Angela began this site in 2003 while she was still a teacher. Her goal was to provide educators with practical ideas for the classroom and to help them develop a positive attitude. It was initially called Ms. Powell's management ideas for teachers until 2008. Then it changed to The Cornerstone for Teachers, after the publication the book. Angela's professional development on productivity is being used by over 45,000 schools in the 40 Hour Workweek program. The program was initially designed to help educators, but 40 Hour was then expanded into a coaching program for instructional teachers, as well as administrative staff. The program helps teachers become more focused on their contracts for time and instruction so that they can concentrate on what is important.
